TaxDebtEliminator is an independent advertising and matching service. We are NOT the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), a government agency, a law firm, or a tax preparation firm. We do not provide legal or tax advice. Our role is strictly limited to connecting consumers with third-party tax professionals who may be able to assist with tax debt issues.
We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any tax resolution services provided by our partners. The "Fresh Start" initiative and other tax relief programs have strict eligibility requirements. Not everyone will qualify. Any statements regarding "forgiveness" or "reduction" of debt are examples of potential outcomes and are not typical for all users.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use this Service. By using this Service, you warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
By submitting your information on our website, you expressly authorize us and our partners to contact you via telephone, email, or text message, even if your number is listed on a federal, state, or corporate "Do Not Call" list. You understand that these calls may be automated.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by TaxDebtEliminator. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
In no event shall TaxDebtEliminator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TaxDebtEliminator and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
